For the Hermessence Musc Pallida, Christine Nagel imagined a sensual encounter between Iris Pallida, a precious material seen as the gold of the perfumery world, and caressing musk. Just as gold is shaped on contact with heat, so iris emerges with a supple elegance on contact with the musk.
